Ingredients

parsley

fresh mint
about 5 sprigs

garlic

lemon
juiced

olive oil

crushed red pepper

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse to combine. It should be broken down, but not pureed.
Assess the texture and adjust salt, lemon juice or seasoning. Add water if you'd like to thin it out.
Notes
You may add 2 tbsp red wine vinegar if you have it on hand for a more authentic taste.
Serve fresh or store in refrigerator in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
