In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Reserve a few of the chocolate chips to add on top.
Add in the almond milk, starting with 1 tbsp. For a fudgier mug cake, add more.
Separate into 2 mugs or ceramic ramekins.
Top with a few chocolate chips.
Microwave: Start with 1 minute and Add 15 seconds at a time until you reach your desired consistency. For a more brownie-like consistency start at 1 minute 30 seconds.
Feel free to top with a drizzle of date syrup.
