116 oz low-sodium garbanzo beansdrained and rinsed
1/4cupSun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
1small clove garlic
2tbspTahinisesame seed paste

Instructions
In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans with 2 tbsp of tahini, 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomato, and 1 small clove of garlic.
Add a drizzle of olive oil (you can use some of the oil the tomato is packed in), and some water to loosen it up.
Pulse until the hummus is smooth.
Taste test: It's important to cook to your own taste! Please have a taste, add water if you need to, add more salt, or olive oil, even add a splash of lemon juice! You can definitely make this your own. I found the 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes to be just about enough, but you can certainly add more for a stronger punch of tomato.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and some slivered sun-dried tomatoes!
