Easy Cardamom Blueberry-Walnut Overnight Oats (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Instant oats or rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Plant milk I used oat
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp maple syrup or date syrup

Toppings

  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 handful chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • In a glass or container, combine the oats, plant milk, chia seeds, cardamom powder and maple syrup.
  • Stir well and store in the refrigerator overnight. Multiply the recipe if you'd like to store several jars worth of overnight oats.
  • When you are ready to eat, top with some banana, blueberries, walnuts and a splash more of plant milk if you'd like it extra creamy.

Notes

  • If using Instant Oats, you may only need up to 1 hour of soak time. 
  • Make up to 5 days worth of overnight oats by multiplying the recipe. 
  • I used oat milk for extra creamy oats, but feel free to use almond, soy or whichever plant milk you enjoy.
