Strawberry Banana Smoothie

An approximate recipe of how I make my strawberry banana smoothies. Customize it to make it your own!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana (or 1/2 if using protein powder)
  • 8 oz Unsweetened almond milk (r plant milk of your choice)

Optional Add ins

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond flour/almond meal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender cup.
  • Add 1/2 cup water or ice.
  • Blend until smooth!
