Vegan Berry Granola Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plant based yogurt I use Forager Cashewgurt
  • ¾-1 cup Granola I used my maple pecan tahini granola
  • cup cut fruit I used strawberries and blueberries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 drizzle just date syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions

  • Divide yogurt between two bowls small glasses or containers. Add half of the granola to each bowl.
  • Top with 1/3 cup cut fruit on each bowl and 1 tsp of chia seeds and desiccated coconut to each bowl.
  • Optional: Add a drizzle of just date syrup to each bowl or sweetener of choice.
  • Store in the refrigerator for the next day, or serve immediately!

Notes

Measurements are according to taste. Feel free to add more or less of each ingredient as per your preference!
